The Acavallo® non-slip flat gel with Classic design and full wool lining combines the non-slip and shock-absorbing properties of the Classic gel with a breathable full lining in wool in the lower part.
The gel helps to avoid any unwanted movement of the saddle in any direction: forwards, backwards and sideways. Furthermore, it is able to compensate for small imperfections in the horse's back, making it suitable even for slightly more rounded backs.
Thanks to its properties, it is hypoallergenic, non-toxic and does not react negatively in contact with the skin. Such features allow the pad to be used directly in contact with it. The gel can also be cut and thus adapted, if necessary, to any type of saddle.
Acavallo® wool is a natural, hypoallergenic, soft and delicate material, capable of preventing chafing, abrasions and blisters.
The fur selected by Acavallo® has a very high density of fibers per square centimeter, so that this is the best emollient padding in nature.
Furthermore, wool does not emit electrostatic charges if the pad rubs with the horse's skin, thus acting as a 100% insulator. Another essential characteristic of the material is that it immediately absorbs sweat, releasing it to the outside air seven times faster than synthetic materials.
